We hope that you are well and wish you all the best for the New Year in these challenging times. As an existing DrayTEL customer we wanted to let you know of some changes that are being made to the service.
DrayTEL is a service operated, supported and billed by Telappliant. As of December 2020, Telappliant Ltd has taken full ownership and responsibility for the DrayTEL service. As a result of this, you will see the following changes taking place over the next few weeks:
the DrayTEL service will be rebranded to become known as Telappliant Red. The existing DrayTEL web site will be redirected to the new site https://www.telappliant.red. You can administer your account from there using the Login button on the top right.
emails previously sent from the draytel.org domain will now come from telappliant.com.
you will be billed by Telappliant Ltd instead of VoIP Services LLP
contact numbers are subject to change and will be listed on the Red web site.
Existing support and ordering processes will remain the same but with the branding change. When contacting us, please mention that you are a Red customer.
There is a chat bot on the web site to enable you to access information and engage with our team more easily.
Your service will not be interrupted in any way and existing billing and remaining call balances are unaffected.
Rest assured there will be no impact to your service and we will continue to provide the same high levels of reliability and support that you have come to expect from us over the years.
As an ex-DrayTEL customer you will now gain access to the Telappliant family of managed services, ranging from high speed connectivity and cloud communications, to IT support, cyber security and Office 365. Further information about all of our services are available here.
We will also be offering ex-Draytel customers an exclusive 20% off all our IT and Internet services. For further details please contact us speak to your sales representative or look out for our forthcoming email.
